Coming from the Vouvray region of the Loire Valley in France, these vineyards meet biodynamic standards by following the natural rhythms between the earth and the atmosphere. After the wine has been bottled, it is aged in limestone caves, where the minerality truly expresses itself.

This Chenin Blanc presents a medley of citrus and pear complemented with honey blossom and minerality. Bright acidity lifts the palate and leads way to a fresh finish. A wine that will pair well with much, including seafood, cheeses and soups.
