The Kitchen co-founder, Kimbal Musk recently traveled to Iowa with Maria Rodale, CEO and Chairman, Rodale Inc. and co-chair Rodale Institute to try to learn more about why America’s farmers are reluctant to shift to organic.

Their op-ed, published first in the Des Moines Register on October 17, 2015 takes an in-depth look at why American farmers are struggling to transition to Organic but why it must happen to save the future of our farmland and our citizens.
