This light and refreshing dessert serves 4-6 people.

-1/4c Egg whites
-½ tsp cornstarch
-½ tsp white wine vinegar
-1 pt whipping cream, whipped.
-1 pt mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
-Baking tray & nonstick slip mat
Pre-heat your oven to low; 175-200 degrees.
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks (this is easiest done with a kitchen-aid). Add in sugar, corn starch and vinegar.
Spread this stiff mixture onto your baking tray with the slip mat liner, keeping the mixture very even and thinly laid out, about ¼ of an inch.
Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. When it is done it should be very crispy and dry. Let it cool at room temperature, then break into bite size chunks. In a large bowl mix together, your berries, meringue bits, and whipped cream.
